The residence is a house designed by Peter Arquitetura wonderful Morumbi located in a beautiful mountainous region of Morumbi in Sao Paulo, Brazil. The residence offers magnificent views of the exotic landscapes around the same time be well integrated into the surrounding landscape.
The house invites you to contemplate the beautiful palm trees, an outdoor pool with large windows and balconies, where you can also see the Marginal Pinheiros Avenue and Bridge Octavio Frias. The architects say that the traffic model requires guests to take to the wooden decks and enjoy the atmosphere.
The large glass frames to emphasize the continuity between indoor and outdoor environments and a TV room and the office is revealed behind the high fully retractable doors. All the rooms are connected as one large loft and the house has many features to complement the green very nice.
The Morumbi Residence has solar heating, cross ventilation, waste water treatment, windows, climate control, recycled wood, polystyrene insulation, digital control of lighting and many other measures of green architecture.
